Amy Sztupovszky, Treasurer

Amy grew up in the South Okanagan and has lived in this unique part of the world for most of her life. Although she has traveled extensively both before having children and with her family in tow, she keeps coming back to this beautiful valley, now calling Oliver her home.  Amy's passions include yoga, travel, community building, good food, entrepreneurship, and alternative education. Amy's love of sharing the healing path of yoga led her to open a yoga studio in Oliver, Wild Daisy Yoga. Her love of organic, sustainable food led her to create her own small business, Hungry Frog Organics. And Amy's love of travel led her and her husband to a worldschooling path with their children, using travel as a way to home-educate their two boys who have now slow-traveled to 19 countries. The connections she and her family made traveling led her to be the Event Coordinator at a yearly conference for families who travel as a lifestyle, held in a different country each year.  After volunteering at several WANA events, Amy stepped up to take a more active role on the Board of Directors offering the skills she has developed in business ownership, event planning, and living the philosophy of yoga to create more amazing, community-building events in the South Okanagan.
